Chest
Measure straight across the chest, 2.5 cm below the armhole.
Body Length
Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hem.
Shoulder Width
Measure edge to edge across the shoulders.

Some GTG products are custom-made specifically for you. This includes:

• Custom branding, embroidery, or prints
• Made-to-order production runs
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted once production begins.
If your item has a manufacturing fault or does not match the approved specification, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
